Filipino Coffee connecting heritage to a sustainable future
Luzon Coffee Company is a farming initiative to increase the total production of high-quality and specialty grade coffees in the Philippine Archipelago.

Fully Organic
All our coffees at Luzon Coffee Company are grown in the forest and handled only with methods aligned with our fully organic operation.
Agroforestry
Farmers are one species among many, interacting with soil, water, plants, and animals in ways that sustain life. We work to reforest our lands and restore their ability to give us food and oxygen.

Innovative Processing
Our waterfall process anoxic honey coffees are designed for sustainability and to maximize components that convert into increased natural coffee sweetness when roasted.

Delicious & Healthy
Organic coffees are higher in chlorogenic acids, which research has shown to be antioxidant and have many additional health benefits: metabolic, cardivascular, neurological, and more.
“Coffee has an intrinsic cost and value. Luzon Coffee is about all parties on our island benefitting, even if you don’t drink coffee.”

Our Flagship Origin:
Nueva Vizcaya
Our flagship coffee is rainforest grown and cared for by the indigienous people of Nueva Vizcaya at 1600 masl. It is then transported as an Anoxic Honey Process coffee to our drying center in Antipolo, Rizal where it achieves ideal mosture levels and is dehulled. During the entire journey, the coffee is grown and processed with only organic methods and in fully organic sites.
